March of last year. Had a lot more of a beard, about 15 fewer pounds, and okay muscle mass. Wouldn’t mind being back there, to be honest! ☺️🥹

Made it for the 4th day in a row. It’s been months since I managed that. 2024 was a brutal year for my fitness, so I’m happy to get back on track. 🙌🏻💪🏻☺️
