We were trying this at hommock yoga class. But all the time I can’t stand still and trip over back. This week I can’t go to yoga so ı started to try some of the thing we do at home. And I know it’s not perfect yet but it’s a great starting point for me ✨🤸🏼🫐🧘🏼
