this week I commemorate 13 years without drugs and alcohol. my life has never been harder than it is today but I am so grateful to have a clear head and spiritual approach to things instead of running, hiding, escaping, numbing out from these challenges. thanks to everyone who contributes to my daily journey of wellness and serenity
