This community means so much to me Collective began as an idea in the tiny farm town where I grew up: what if LGBTQ+ people had a space to connect that felt authentic, kind, and genuinely supportive? When I first started building it, I didn’t know if anyone would even show up. Now, thousands of you share your lives, creativity, stories, friendships, dates, and more here. It blows my mind. I read every DM, feature request, and bug report. I may not reply to them all, but your feedback shapes Collective. We put so much energy into keeping Collective safe and a big priority this year is making moderation faster. We're also working to highlight more diverse content that sometimes gets missed - like discussions, events, and news. As we grow, it's important we protect the values that make this place special: creativity, support, kindness. This includes sharing feedback constructively and engaging with one another respectfully. Collective isn’t perfect, but I care deeply about making it better with every update. Good things take time. Thank you for being part of the journey 💙
