I love the poetic way Japanese people speak and the natural imagery woven into their language that you can even see in reality TV. One of my favorite moments from “The Boyfriend”: “Even water decays if it remains stagnant. Change is necessary. Flowing water stays clean.” This reminds me of the Saraswati the Hindu goddess of creativity and learning who is associated with water because the flow of the creative process that purifies the spirit is like a slowing stream that cleanses the body. 🌊✨
