The scariest part of the project is done.... Pre washing the wool. I was really worried about ruining the color of the wool and it shrinking. But one cold wash and cool dry cycle later, the color is still intact and no shrinkage. There is some pilling, but a lint brush will fix it. Next, the silk... 😰
