Had my first post-top surgery swim yesterday. Again, thank you to everyone who was so kind and gentle and told me to go for it 🫶 That’s not the sort of support you’d get on another app, especially from strangers. I think it’ll take a few gos for the anxiety to lessen and the joy to come through.
