All the gear, no idea!

First race of the year done! London Winter Run for Cancer Research UK. A really good course, with support from many spectators and a gentle breeze! I spent the afternoon wandering with my friend, visiting the new HMV 363 bookshop on Oxford Street and enjoying coffees in Notes & WatchHouse.

Real photo time. This is after a day out in London with a friend. Walked a good 10 miles and ended the day watching Titanique which was amazing! A few pints in the Admiral in Soho were much needed and it’s been a full day of boosting my queer energy 🌈🫶🏻

Running is one of the things I love to do to help when things feel tough. It’s a great release from every day stresses and gives me all the good feelings I need. What do you turn to in times of stress?
