Officially 34 years old, I celebrate this year remembering the decisions I made to choose God, the countless times I have sat alone at restaurants, have had few friends, have worked in silence to invest in my career. I have lived a lifetime of shrinking myself around those I do not respect in order to have community and these pat few years I realized I love and respect myself too much to dim myself anymore. To the 420 full moons that have passed over my life. To what I will create, to what I will build, to my bright future and all the love I wish to spread to the world. Watch out 😉

Raising your vibration really works, what you think and focus on becomes what you experience. What you say becomes what you do, and what you do becomes who you are. If you are crying out for a new life, wanting to be better, experience better, you will need to elevate your vibe. Values - Aim higher to embody what should be, not what currently is. Interests - Are you spending your time on the things that matter, are your interests intentional or fillers of time. Beliefs - Ask for faith from God when there seems to be no way out and no evidence change could be possible. Environment - Are the people, places, things, around you reflecting the life you want? This is a spiritual practice, but a way to see this operate physically is through social media. As you begin to change and choose differently the algorithms feeding you information on social apps will also begin to change. You will begin to see a fracture from the content you consumed in the past, while starting to see new content matching what you are becoming, until one day the shift will be permanent. This is how it occurs in life as well, one day you will wake up as the new man/woman and the old life will be just a bad memory but also the story of your strength and the greatest decision you ever made, choose love, choose higher, it’s worth it ❤️

Can we admit the best stories are the ones where the unexpected happens. Where the main character has their own linear plans interrupted. Where chance encounters forever shape their lives with new friendships, new perspectives, and experiences. Loosen your grip on what should be, and allow the page to turn, the bad experience, the bad job, let life surprise you. Remind yourself that what you see is temporary that a new chapter will always arrive, anchor yourself in how you want to feel in each chapter, not what exact outcome you need to occur in order to feel the beautiful things. More gratitude, more thankfulness, more love.

Tire de mim tudo o que não sou, tudo o que não é para mim. Estou aberto para receber tudo o que me pertence. Restaure tudo o que me foi roubado.

At that age where I gotta take lil breaks at the concert 🧘🏼‍♂️ lol
As I have matured as a man, I believe more than ever that a lustful culture is the antithesis of a loving community. I have found personally, what I allow to consume my thoughts shapes my character and my being. Lust takes without consent, it is arrogant, it assumes its way of life is everyone’s way of life. It values self pleasure and idolization above all else. It is never satisfied. It is contagious and lies with its intentions. I can feel this atmosphere shift, heavy, when entering some queer communities. Love, is kind, it never judges, it opens space for you to come as you are. It is curious, and sees the value of the person within. It does not easily assume and takes care of its own responsibilities and actions regarding itself and others. It is direct clear and open regarding its intentions. I see a divide in our community, those embodying lust and the coldness that comes with it the treatment of others and themselves and the rising warmth and vulnerability of those erecting boundaries as they refuse to conform to this standard. I have experienced both sides of the spectrum myself and can confirm the balanced latter is overwhelmingly better.
This is encouragement to myself and to you. Be your true color, tune into your station frequency. It’s hard as men not to want to become what you admire in others, or conform to status quo in order to access community. If all the blues and reds go into hiding to be green, our world will grow less vibrant. Be yourself so others that are like you can recognize you. And in that courage it helps others feel safe to be themself too.
Sometimes starting over and wiping the slate clean is the only way to step into a new life. Learning to hold new beginnings and new chapters with excitement and anticipation like reading your favorite book.
