A reminder from January thaf I can bounce back to my 'more ideal' physique in no time once I get some consistencty in life - in two weeks a new order begins and I CAN'T wait!

I think I want to update my 'business profile' from 2023. I don't look much different now, but some new shots are due!

I think this was one of the two times in 2024 when I felt super confident in my body. (April 2024)

I would like to get back to this physique (and maybe a bit better) soon... After some unimaginably stressful months, I'm doing a hard reset on life now. ☺️ (December 2023)
