Small progress is better than non

Probably will seem a little lame- as everyone is far more muscular than me- but this is the best my arms have looked- and so I’m proud of the progress

Today is a ‘can’t I hide on my bed’ kinda day!

Apparently my last post was too explicit!!!

So- I’ve only just realised that I have one eye bigger than the other 😬

Never been very body confident, not muscular, patchy skin and scars from operations. But I’m exposing myself to this collective group at the start of my development journey. Had first PT session today and I’m hoping for good changes to come!

Can I just have some support on that I finally joined the gym today and most importantly went. Trying to be my best me.

In my this is me era! Spent too long being someone else’s version of me!
