When I am down, I take myself on a walk.
Relief arrives softly, almost immediate.
It always rises in my body as sensation.
Sometimes a release in the solar plexus,
Other times a tingle through my fingertips.
Occasionally, it reaches my eyes—
gently lowering my gaze,
reflecting quiet contentment
