Please don’t identify with your body, you are not your body. See your body as a house you inhabit. If your body is a house you want to make sure that the house is in good nick. You're not going to throw parties all the time and not clean up after yourself. You're going to treat that house very well — but you can step outside of the house, because you are not that house that you're living in. You are not your body. You are not your senses and you are not your ego — if you step outside. You are consciousness — shift your perception.
