This week was time for my regular donation of blood platelets and blood plasma. I’ll get a message in a couple of days telling me which hospital received my donation.

A bit of industrial heritage today - Dunston coal staiths in Gateshead are a scheduled ancient monument & one of the largest wooden structures in Europe. They were open to the public today & free to those like me who live nearby. 50 years ago they’d have been busy with trains loading coal onto ships

During the march, I ended up giving a short live interview to Pride Radio. Both were well out of my comfort zone. I need to lose some weight
