earlier this year, sometime in May, I realised how much I’d put in a lot of weight and decided to improve. I had a really high blood pressure and I weighed 95.4kg with a height of 167cm. to cut the long story short, I am proud of how far I’ve come. I weigh 68kg now. dieting and the gym really works❤️
