also I started a two-week hiatus from META socials. collective isn’t toxic, so I just added a time limit here. I’m on day four and my muscle memory yo bring up IG on my phone is still very strong, but it is starting to feel good that I can’t access it. Instead, I play brain games. NYT games have been a favorite. Paying attention to the tv shows I’m watching. And right now I’m about to pack an actual book *gasp* into my suitcase for my travels. I’m grateful to TWLOHA for inspiring me to do this. Taking the time to reconnect with myself and those physically around me has been lovely.

yes hello I think I’m reaching close to burn out. I mean I ended day one of my latest process and I’m almost in tears reflected back on it…. Idk maybe it’s too close to have full clarity on how I really feel (story of my life right now) but like it DIDNT FEEL GOOD
