In your twenties, there comes a moment when you look in the mirror and realize: the things you once dedicated most of your time to no longer bring you joy. Friends begin to feel like strangers, and you ask yourself—Who am I? It feels like a complete reset, total darkness, and you—like a small candle flame—try to light up every corner of this vast space of the unknown.
My peers are out partying, going on trips together, or just gathering at someone’s place, while I feel more detached than ever. Have I lost the ability to connect, or simply lost interest? Sometimes I feel lonely on this journey, even though I believe this path I’ve chosen is the best one for my growth.
