20 months ago I started a fitness-gym-fall-back-in-love-with-me journey... I hit the gym when I can and have become more conscious about what I put into my body. Now, ~32lbs down, I’m really starting to feel like the summer is something to look forward to. ❤️‍🩹🙏🏼 self love takes time - have grace

There was something very different about Alaska... the expansiveness, the crisp air, the tangible communion between the mountains and ocean/rivers - it was everything. I can’t wait to go back and revisit the adventure.
