Not everyone will hear you the first time you express what you want or need. And when people keep overstepping, it’s usually because your boundaries weren’t firm enough. The reality is that , the moment you set those boundaries with strength, some people might get upset. They might justify their behavior. They might even try to make you feel guilty. But that’s not your burden to carry. That’s on them. Your responsibility is to listen to yourself. To trust your intuition. To know who you can safely open up to, and who you can’t. Not everyone is ready for your truth, and that’s okay. What matters is that you: *Keep setting your boundaries. *Keep choosing yourself. *Keep standing in your authenticity. *Keep loving yourself, no matter what. Because when you do, you set yourself free. And nothing is more powerful than that.
Consistency is 🔑
I’ve learned that the most important love we’ll ever have in this life is the love we cultivate with ourselves. The more I do the inner work, energy practices, meditation, resting well, nourishing my body, surrounding myself with uplifting people, being creative, making music, doing what brings me joy and aligns with my soul’s purpose, laughing, surrendering to the present, and leading with love....the more radiant I feel. And I’ve learned something else: beauty is not about how we look, it’s about how radiant we feel inside. When you see beauty in others, it’s because you’re seeing your own inner radiance reflected back at you. It’s a mirror of who you truly are within. All I want is for everyone in the world to feel this radiance. Because this is true love. And when we find true love within ourselves, we can’t help but spread it everywhere we go.

I’ve learned that people often see you through their own projections. And the truth is, you can’t control that. That’s where they are on their journey. What matters is where you are. I know myself more than I ever did before. I’ve healed a lot, and I’m still healing, because healing is a process. When someone thinks you’re saying or doing something you’re not, that’s not about you. It’s coming from their space, not yours. That’s when I discovered the real power: the power of being. The more present I am with myself, the clearer I see when others don’t see me as I am. And that’s okay. But here’s the key, just because it’s okay doesn’t mean you have to keep exposing yourself to that energy. Protect your peace. And always keep loving yourself.
No hay nadie nadie.
Sometimes, love isn’t about staying together,it’s about seeing each other’s worth, even if that means going separate ways. When a relationship ends, it can hurt, but it’s also a chance to remember your own value. True love starts with knowing yourself. When you honor your worth, you stop settling for less than you deserve. Choosing yourself isn’t selfish; it’s courage. It’s about returning to yourself, loving yourself, and setting a standard that no one can shake. Breakups are painful, but they can also be powerful teachers. They remind you: your value isn’t determined by someone else, it’s always within you. And once you see it, nothing can make you forget it.
No matter how heavy the storm feels, the sun always finds its way back. Hard days don’t last forever. The heaviness passes, the clouds clear, and light always returns. Just like the sun, you too can rise again. Trust the process, trust your strength, and hold on to hope.
Whether you’re in a relationship, dating, or recently single, remember this: you don’t need anyone else to validate your feelings or your truth. That’s something only you can give yourself. Self-love is the strongest foundation you can have. Everyone has different perspectives. Your feelings about a situation may not be the same as someone else’s, and that’s okay. It’s not about who is right or wrong, it’s about what is right for you. Honor your truth. Choose what aligns with you. Keep loving yourself.
Keep smiling 🙂
In solitude, we learn to love ourselves, not just the polished parts, but the messy ones too. Healing is not a straight line; it’s a journey, full of curves and pauses. We are everything: the joy and the sadness, the anger and the love. Every emotion that rises in us is simply energy moving through, like waves rolling in, like clouds drifting across the sky. And through it all, we can breathe. Just breathe. Inhale, and let life fill you. Exhale, and feel the relief that comes with release. With each breath, know this: life keeps unfolding, and it gets better, moment by moment.

Love of my life ❤️🐶
This is my first self-produced song “Ay Tú” I wrote it, sang it, and even designed the album cover. If you’re into Latin pop with a reggaeton twist, you’ll probably vibe with this.
I debated posting this, putting my body out there means risking objectification or criticism. As a gay man, that’s something I’ve had to work through. I’ve learned all bodies are beautiful and unique. I’m sharing this to say: love your body. You’re one of a kind. 💛
