when i have a depressive episode, i feel like all my passion for art, people and any activity is in the past and will never come back. i feel completely empty and hopeless, can’t even talk about myself. if you feel something like this, i’m here to remind you that your brain is deceiving you! your hobbies and passions are still yours, and this state of mind is temporary. we may think at the moment that it's all over, but our deep-seated attitudes/feelings and interests are stronger than that ❤️
