For a long time, I felt insecure about being too skinny because it didn’t fit society’s idea of masculinity. I kept questioning how people perceived me. But I’ve realized feeling good in my own skin matters more than anyone’s opinion, so I’m learning to embrace it.

As someone who experiences anxiety on daily basis, this song captures its essence in a haunting way. I may be outgoing and open-minded but deep down I always fear what I say and do. It’s like living with a voice in my mind that second-guesses everything, questioning if I’m enough or if I’ll mess up.
