Feeling a lot of different emotions, heavy, light, beautiful, sad, complicated but good at the same time. Trying to process every single feeling to be still connected with myself. It’s hard since i never did that, the numbness of the feelings took over and zero emotion was processed. Try to always process everything, even if its hard, at the end you will be thankful that you did and you will be free and in peace with yourself🫂
