Self-doubt often begins with one belief: “I’m not enough.”
Not smart enough. Attractive enough. Successful enough. The list goes on.
It’s a feeling that the 'inner you' doesn't seem to match up with the 'outer everyone else' we think we see.
Even people who seem to have it all can carry this hidden feeling. I know I have.
“I am enough” doesn’t mean pretending everything’s perfect. It means accepting yourself, flaws and all, focusing on your strengths, comparing yourself less, finding purpose, and learning how to step outside the story in your head.
I am enough. And you are too.
