This last few weeks in Goa I proved to myself that I can have daily routine without spending half my week smoked up infront of the tv. I haven’t smoke nor watch tv for three weeks But now back home and it’s winter, how do you guys keep being productive and self improving instead of just cuddling yourself under the blanket? How do you balance this two worlds in one small house?
