okay gay people i seek advice: what are mantras or affirmations you have for yourself when you face a lot of off-hand comments and criticisms from family?
i now say out loud ‘that’s okay i like it!’ or ‘isn’t it great you don’t dress like that’ etc.
i’ve done so much better w saying this out loud! that feels like step 1?
moving out would definitely help, but living in a lovely area in london + savings call my name louder ☎️☎️
