If you don’t have reverence for the sanctity of marriage then why would you get married? Committing to someone emotionally but giving your body away to others for pay or for pleasure cannot be justified in a marriage. Marriage signifies a change in the relationship, and elevation in the commitment, a deepening of the union. You could have just stayed friends if you weren’t ready to understand the assignment.
