After reading about Chris O'Donnell's passing I am hearbroken.
And I would like to remind you all that kindness goes along way. Be kind, listen, smile, help, be there for your friends, family and even people you might not be so close to. You might be saving their lives by just listening and be present. Mental Health is something to take very seriously.
