Bike to work day 3. Hot take: I don’t ever really wear a helmet.
I’m a good cook too ya know
I’ll stop spamming you with highlights of my art museum trip, but the fact that I got to spend two minutes alone in this Yayoi Kukusama installation was a miracle and I’m still in awe.
This is one of my favorite books, but I don’t know anyone else who has read it.

Random trivia: In Washington DC., this is the consulate of what country?
All Collective users must report any new haircut to the app within 12 hours of receipt of service. Also it’s no pants Friday.

Paul: 2005. I had no idea what was ahead.
Ego sum lux mundi ☀️
I found my roots in Rome, my heart in Cordoba. I got lost in Munich and suffered in Kyiv, landed in New York, fell down a bottomless well in Bogota. Each city a memory and a scar

Happy Memorial Day to all who celebrate. I don’t usually drink hard cider, but when I do, it’s in an empty gay bar.
Never mind. I managed to score a shirt. I always get what I want. And still turning this into a shameless thirst trap.

What a great way to start my Friday morning ☀️
Left conference to let art make me feel things. Olafur Eliasson, One-way color tunnel. The artist wants you to reevaluate your causal relationship with the environment: "Taking one's time means to engage actively in a spatial and temporal situation, either within the museum or in the outside world."

It’s a “Good Friday” for a cocktail. What can I make for you? 🍸 🍹 🥃

Overheard a guard yell, “No photography in the Rothko room!” on my way out of the Phillips Collection Museum in DC - was a selfie in the Rothko Room appropriate?

Heartbroken 💔 to find out that my former home, Ternopil, Ukraine was bombed. Я не шукаю помсти. Я шукаю миру та незалежності. 🇺🇦

Happy Pride. We managed to find free cocktails and disco ball making 🪩 at the Maryland Center for Culture and History. Also, a wonderful exhibit that documents the queer history in Baltimore.
I’m required to report that today is my 48th birthday. Also, I’m really into this book right now. How Far the Light Reaches is a fascinating blend of science and memoir that explores the curious lives of deep sea creatures alongside the author’s own queer, transformative journey. I love it!
Bike to Work Week has concluded. I didn’t get that t-shirt but I did get a few fun freebies like a backpack, fanny pack, and a sweat towel. Also, it’s “no pants Friday”. Also, I’m required to report that I got a haircut yesterday. Share the road! 🚙 🚵🚕🚵‍♀️🚶🚵‍♂️

It’s Bike To Work Week here! 🚲🚲 That means I get a free t-shirt and an opportunity to endorse an activity I love.

My first encounter with a Collectivista in the wild. It was an honor to meet THE @sam-avocado who invited me to a talent show at The Stud 🐎 in San Francisco.

Alfonso Ossorio’s Mother and Child (1951) was influenced from Jackson Pollock’s techniques as well as his interest in religious iconography after visiting the Philippines. Many of his works explore themes of identity and spirituality, influenced by his Catholic upbringing and his own homosexuality.
