While I hope I could do the same with blueberries but apparently there’s no thermotherapy or washing methods (that I know). So I lost this batch :(

“Drying” strawberries after some thermotherapy 🍓❤️‍🩹. . . Bathing them for 30 seconds in warm water neutralises mold spores and some bacteria, helping the strawberries last longer in the fridge before they get spoiled.
