Taking the train south from NYC, and you can’t help but feel sad. Our administration talks about “American industrialism” but all of our infrastructure is rusty and crumbling all around us.

Such a great show. We lucked up and scored 3rd row seats, and you see the passion and devotion of her crew and the smiles on their faces as they perform. It made a great show even better.

A realization I’ve had on collective: Europeans have way nicer bathrooms than Americans.

After a few years of health issues that caused me to pack on excess fat (aka skinny fat), I’ve been training hard and refocused nutrition to be back to flat and on my way to toned again.

A vineyard owned by a cultural foundation tasked with keeping the Colares appellation alive. Tucked amidst beachfront houses, a few parcels of vines still survive. The foundation released this ‘97 a few years ago and it was such a treat!
