Back in London reminiscing about the beautiful Kapparis beach in Paralimni on the East of Cyprus. So close to my grandmother’s house in Famagusta, the illegally occupied “Ghost town” by Turkish troops, since 1974.

Brixton Library’s Readers & Writers Zine fair Pt. 1.

Quick reminder about today’s Readers & Writers Zine Fair at Brixton Library, in London, from 12 - 4:30 pm. I’ll be there exhibiting and selling my work, including my new zine ‘Viper in my grave’. Hope to see some of you there. Please share if you can x

Introducing my new zine ‘Viper in my grave’ out now. Taking the form of a scroll, this zine follows the process of unearthing and healing from deep trauma and emotional pain caused by growing up queer in a heteronormative, patriarchal, religious society.

My new zine VIPER IN MY GRAVE is coming out tomorrow! Make some noise Collective! 🩶 Photo taken while assembling the zine.

The ‘Viper in my grave’ zine will come with a limited edition metallic sticker, with an original design I created. This is inspired by the Greek Τάμα [Tama], a votive that you offer a saint to heal you from an ailment.

I am delighted to say that I’ll be exhibiting at Brixton Library’s Readers & Writers zine fair on Saturday 7 June. I will also be celebrating the release of my new zine ‘Viper in my grave’ with a limited of 33 copies only! It’d be a pleasure to see you there if you can. Please share the news ❤️

To anyone watching Eurovision tonight: Please remember that the so called “Political Neutrality” they are trying to invoke is an utter farce. If not Russia and Belarus wouldn’t be banned. Also please remember to watch with a critical eye. Your view, your voting, your talking about them benefits them, and rewards their efforts to get away with supporting a genocide. Also also, Eurovision is not our friend. They make money off of us queers and when it’s inconvenient, they ban pride flags etc. And lastly, please take the time to reflect. I will not be watching. I will be boycotting, as a very heartbroken fan. 🇵🇸🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

Time to boycott Eurovision again this year. Their support of Israel is unethical. Also banning pride flags on stage is uncalled for. As a long time fan, I’m deeply disappointed.
