I just realized it’s impossible for me to cook with onion during this part of the summer. Kinda silly but it feels profound. Herbs and spices stay in rotation but the heartier aromatics lose their appeal. (Ginger, garlic, onion, etc) Maybe I’ll write a lil reflection on this in my future cookbook

Hi friends - I’m producing my first ticketed event (STONER PRODE) with a full venue buy out/DJs etc in NYC. Saturday 21st of June 2025. 3-9pm. Ridgewood Queens. The venue is indoor/outdoor. I built a conversation pit for the inside and have some lovely vynl DJs spinning. Outside we have Armana Khan headlining and a really queer lineup of music, treats, and fun on deck.
