Why does weather change make my hormones rage😵‍💫😤😝

I wish mental health wasn't such a taboo topic when I was younger. I'm in a good place now but I could have learned so much more about myself long ago and had a healthier life in my 20s.

This new gym I go to has a HUGE gay clientele which makes it very cruisy. Almost everyone walks around the locker room/sauna naked. Is it weird that seeing everyone naked in the locker room has made me more confident in myself being naked around others? And it's given me a motivational boost to stay consistent in my fitness. And what's even cooler is that many of the (gay) members are surprisingly nice. We'd be chilling in the sauna (all naked) and just giving each other compliments and motivation and tips. Some dude said he's seeing my muscles starting to come through ever since I started going there. And another dude said my butt is slowly lifting up from the squats I've been doing. 🥹🥹🥹🥹

What are y'all favorite gym apparel brand? Trying to find clothes that are more on the fitted side but not tight. Especially 5" or 7" shorts. And shirts/tanks for someone with slighter broader shoulders.

I really want to be more unapologetic this year. Actually, I need to. I've been so reserved my whole life and that didn't really get me anywhere. It actually gave me a lot of regrets and missed opportunities on all the excitement I could have had. Allowing myself to become *too* introverted really sent me downhill.
