I don’t think one can just “be” or “stay as” friends with someone who is still deeply inlove with you. Gotta let them go for both your own good.

Perhaps… but that depends on your personalities, willingness, etc. You can stay as friends. It won’t be easy and once you get over those initial hurdles, it can be great. Everyone and every situation is different.

@antonionline Of course. I agree that every case is different, I just feel that for it to work you often compromise more and suppress more feelings, which can be unhealthy. So I rather wrap it up than suffocate and wait until i can breathe the fresh air above the water.❤️
