Plum Cheesecake 🍰🍑 Base: - 200 g whole wheat biscuits - 70 g butter - 1 pinch of salt Filling: - 400 g cream cheese - 2 eggs - 1 lemon (zest + 1 tbsp juice) - 10 g vanilla sugar - 2 tbsp cornstarch - 200 ml sour cream - 120 g sugar Topping: 200 g plums Bake at 160°C for 50–60 min. write in the comments if you tried it :)
