… and for those who keep asking for dessert 😉 Apple Pie 🍎🥧 puff pastry: pierce with fork, cover with ground almonds apples: peel, slice & line up mixture over pie: - 4 eggs - 1 ss flour - 3 ss sugar - 10g vanilla sugar - 2,5 dl semi-skimmed cream - 1 dl milk - cinnamon bake: 200°C, ~40 min
