@serey yessss its bc the skin on your lips is similar to the skin under your eyes. I like to do it at night so im not eating it off throughout the day🤣 in 2-3 days you’ll notice a difference! Ideally look for a hydrating eye cream vs anti-aging or brightening, you could also use a plain ole hyaluronic acid serum too! Sincerely your fairy skincare godmother with persistent chapped lips❤️

@serey yes as long as its not a super strong retinol (like anything over 1%) you should be good! It can also help with any fine lines on/around the lips. Always follow up with a thick lip balm for some extra love as retinols can be drying!
