I’m talking about how my manager has promised to promote me for 6 months. 2 weeks ago he finally realized how hard I work (because our new manager was impressed and told him that I should be officially trained) so scheduled me for the training I needed to get promoted. Then at the last minutes changed my schedule and tells me that he’s not conducting any training because he’s going to retrain everyone else. LIKE WHAT!!??

QUIT MY JOB, got a new job. I’m thriving, making new friends, and more money!
