Mediterranean Tart (vegi) 🍅🍆🌶️🌱 Grill in pan: - onions, garlic, chili pepper - cherry tomatoes - bell pepper - eggplant - mushrooms - salt, pepper, paprika, parsley spread mixture on baking tray cover with puff pastry bake: 200°C, 20min flip onto a plate add mozzarella pieces back in oven to melt

Baked Potatoes & Carrots with Tofu (vegan) 🥔🥕🌱 potatoes, carrots: - cut in half & carve - brush with olive oil - salt, pepper, chili, paprika - oregano on 🥕 - rosemary on 🥔 cook in the oven at 180°C smoked tofu: - cut into strips - marinate with soy sauce and grill enjoy with mustard & siracca
