it gets better yall. it’s been 4 years since i came out as a trans man to my dad. he was never outright unsupportive. just.. uncomfortable. confused. maybe a little in denial. but today? today he uses my correct name with ease, and he just asked me to come help him change his brakes lol. hell yeah i will Pops, never been so happy to do a chore. hang in there homies. sometimes it just take a little time.

Lat year I lost almost all the “important” people in my life but today I look back with gratitude and appreciation for my regrets I won’t make again
