A lot of restaurants have mid ratings on google so don’t just go on that, try to get a feel for the restaurant. If there are Italians eating in it, it’s probably going to be good. Don’t eat near tourist attractions as most of those restaurants use frozen products and are overpriced. There’s so many good restaurants so if you’re just wandering around and stumble across one that looks really good 9 times out of 10 it’ll be good. Just go to ones outside or tourist attraction areas. Get the metro- it’s easy and quick to use. Taxis aren’t too expensive either if you’re travelling back at night and are pretty central. They also have cooltras there, so if you have a license you can rent any of their motos through the app. Italian driving system can be a bit chaotic so prepare yourself for that 🤣 Book attractions, if they require tickets, in advance. Any queue jump tickets for the Vatican, museums etc have very long queues. It’s too hot to be standing around waiting. The guided tour is ok but it’s very long and tiring so if you choose to do it, you can start with them and then later just go walk around and see the rest by yourself/ves. Carry a photo of your idea if you’re going to any clubs. They take those too. Have fun ♥️
