What have you done this week that makes you or somebody else happy? I baked a cake and sent my young nieces a card with a hidden message that says I love you.

A little kid asked me if I could pay for his lunch and I let him go crazy and order whatever he wanted :)

I flew to wales to see my best friend who is going to have a baby! Best week!

I complimented a middle aged lady on the subway, she had bright orange died hair and her whole outfit was that same colour. She gave me a compliment back :)) I can only recommend actually saying nice things out loud, I‘ve been dating to lately and it’s so rewarding

@nickelgee 1000% giving yourself grace will make you give it to others and vice versa. What’s the end goal of being hard on yourself and others anyways? It’s everyone’s first time on earth (that I know of lol)

i recently went to DC w my bestie to show her where i grew up and my family bc im moving back home and we cried together outside in the snow at our lovely memories (we’ve been friends for 13 years)
