Oh shit, I’m watching the Cynthia Erivo x Jimmy Kimmel interview and she talked about how she purposely and intent fully made Elphaba sound more grown and mature through each song. That’s exactly what I’ve been talking about since seeing it the first time and I don’t think I’ve seen anyone else bring that up, until now… when she confirmed it. Brilliant. Genius. Amazing.
