I made Tiramisu (I’ve learned that the name actually translates as “pick me up” - Tira.mi.su - how cute)

Damn I’ve done it 👨🏽‍🍳😭 Near-perfected my protein cookie and doughnut recipe. When I tell you these cookies taste FRESH out a bakery 🍪 and the texture of these doughnuts is so pillowy 😮‍💨 Entire plate is 400 kcal with 38g Protein, 5g fibre, 17g Fat and 39g Carb. 🎉
