How does the sense of satisfaction, love, and security truly feel? It’s that moment when you finally have someone you can call mine, someone who makes you feel complete. Every breath, every thought seems to find its way back to him. Your heartbeat rises, your day which wasn’t going well a minute ago suddenly turns bright and joyful. You end your day with only one thought in mind: my man is waiting for me.

Hmm maybe, but the way you’re describing it is still anchoring your validation to someone else, in a way that gives away too much of our own power to an external source for our ego to feel good in the moment. This isn’t to say a deep connection like you described with someone isn’t fulfilling but what I’m slowly coming to realize is that a true, rock-solid sense of security has to first start from within ourselves ✌️

@millan That’s a really meaningful way to look at it I agree, true connection feels most beautiful when it’s built on two whole souls, not two halves trying to complete each other.
