I am experiencing the feeling of which nothing sticking for long term. Just floating in the breeze. No hobbies sticking and nothing I put work into in the past has anything to show for it in the present day. Is this what your 20’s feel like?

Perhaps you’re being too harsh on yourself. The 20s is a great time to just try lots and lots of things and see what you like. There’s still plenty of time to reinvent yourself before anyone (including you) has any business to expect a fully formed adult. Speaking from my 40s my only regret of my 20s is that I should have traveled more. I fixed that at 29 and took a working visa to Canada for a year and my 30s was a big adventure. Only now in my 40s is any genuine ‘adulting’ (career, yawn) happening and I’m pretty regret free. I guess just enjoy finding yourself. It’s a wonderful and mature thing to be self aware as you seem to be, I would only say it can br a double edged sword if you’re self critical. You might try to escape it now again and look back at yourself as a kind observer… Think about yourself as a character in a film that you’re really invested in… what do you want for this person, what adventures would you like them to have? Then when you pop back into yourself you realise you have agency to try to make those things happen.
