Depends, practice makes perfect I always say- 🤣 Largely prep time depends on your daily diet, how much fiber you’re intaking and quick easy tips on douching. All of these combined makes my prep time is like 2-3 minutes at most (w/ no praying to god needed lmao) Tips: You don’t need a lot of water, don’t accidentally shoot too much or else water gets trapped in places it shouldn’t (makes it worse/longer) you’re practically just rinsing off, so quick and short bursts. You’re not doing a full deep clean of your large intestine.. which is why keeping it short and sweet is the key. (also don’t douche often or daily you might run the risk of a fissure and that’s kind of a death sentence for a couple of weeks) Anyways, thank you for coming to my Tedtalk 🙂‍↕️✨

@scorpius thank you. I think my issue is getting water up there like I can never seem to do it properly. I’m thinking of taking the fibre pills instead

@ash-bash I’ve seen that too. I just can’t seem to get the water up there. Tbf I don’t do it often at all so maybe it’s just a case of practice
