Go back and unfollow and remove. Instagram also is a little bit annoying with its algorithm. I think I’ll do a purge as well

I guess it really depends on how you use your platform, I think most people use like Facebook in the sense where we follow all the people we know or used to know. I like to think of it like Pinterest. By that I mean carefully choosing who I follow and what I allow on my feed/explore page. I hope this can help with your view of Instagram!

I LOVE THIS! I take an instagram break the second week of every month. I also do an annual purge and unfollow/remove accounts that I don’t vibe with. Taking care of what one consumes is soooo important 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
