@sebpc in German it's finnische Holzpappe or Finnpappe, so a mix between wood and cardboard, used in bookbinding

@sebpc good eye! I really love it, but am a bit sad that it darkens so much with light exposure if there's no base layer of paint or sth, i really like that natural creme tone

@benams oh really? Have you tried priming it with wood glue? It dries clear, and keeps it from being so absorbent! I do that to mine
