I had a post that reached 96 Collective members recently. Other posts reached more people, but in every case, I got a maximum of 2 likes and Zero comments… If this was Insta, or even Grindr, there would have been much more interaction… What’s not working here? Collective is hoping to connect people in new enriching ways, but all we are getting is the worst individualistic one-upmanship on steroids… To be acknowledged and ignore others, no matter how they get to snoop around with what we share… No focus on following or being followed, as everyone still gets access to your content anyway… So let’s use our content as a shop window for what others can’t have, can’t achieve and can’t reach out to. Let’s make each other totally inadequate whilst tirelessly promoting our bodies, our belongings our ‘exclusive’ holidays and lifestyles… It seems to be an exercise on how selfish and self-centered most individuals in our community have become. Zero give and no take… Kind of pointless, no?
